Where is the event held?
River City Sportsplex

Will the event still happens if it rains?
Yes, we play rain or shine, but games may be paused if there is a thunderstorm.
What can and cannot be brought into the venue?
The following are prohibited on or near the fields at River City Sportsplex:
Smoking, drugs, Marijuana or alcohol
Food, gum or sunflower seeds.
Playing all against the fences
Pets on fields and dogs on leashes
Metal spike cleats
Parking or driving on undesignated areas
Littering- please use trash cans
Staking items into the turf
Glass bottles
Hitting golf balls
Illegal possession of firearms
Rude, inappropriate & disrespectful language will not be tolerated and will result in facility ejection.
Are there water fountains and/or water available for purchase on-site?
Yes. Water will be available at each field and at all athletic trainer tents. There are also water fountains located around the facility.
Are there any hotel deals?
Yes! USQ has partnered with the top hotels in the Richmond area to ensure your experience is as high quality at night as it is during the day. Discounted rates are around $150/night, and can be booked here.
Where is the lost and found on-site?
Lost and found will be located at the guest services tent.
How can I receive event updates?

Will there be a livestream of the event?
Yes! We will be livestreaming on YouTube & Twitch.
Where can I find the event schedule?
The schedule is available through Quadball.One. It’s also linked under Plan Your Visit->Schedule.
Where can I find a map with pitch assignments?
The site map can be found here.
What kind of seating will be available?
Bleacher seating will be available on bleachers. We encourage you to bring outdoor chairs for watching games on other pitches.
Will there be parking on site? Is it free?
Yes, and parking is free. Spectator parking location can be found on the map here.
Is there Wi-Fi on site?
Yes.
Are pets allowed into the facility?
Service animals are permitted at the facility, but pets are not allowed.

What sort of food and drink will be available to purchase on site?

Will there be food available for different dietary restrictions?
Yes. Vegan and vegetarian food will be available with most vendors on-site.
Is alcohol available for purchase on site?
Alcohol will only be available in the beer garden. You can purchase VIP tickets here. VIP ticket upgrades will also be available on-site at the main ticketing entrance.
Tickets
Will tickets be sold on-site at the event?
Yes! However, for the best prices on tickets, we encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance.
Can I buy my ticket with cash or credit card?
We only are able to accept credit card or exact cash for on-site ticket purchases.
What does a VIP ticket get me?
As a VIP you'll receive: Weekend admission to USQ Cup 2025, wristband access to USQ beer garden, a free meal from one of the visiting food trucks, complimentary snacks/light refreshments, a VIP badge/lanyard & welcome gift. You can grab your VIP ticket here.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You are welcome to print your ticket, or a digital ticket is also acceptable and can be scanned at the entrance.
What entrance(s) do I go to if I want to buy a ticket or get my purchased ticket scanned?
The main ticket tent is near the main parking lot. The booth can be found on the map here. We encourage guests to use the main entrance as the lower entrance may close during periods of the day.
Do I have to bring my ticket to the event?
Yes, all ticket-holders must bring a copy of their ticket, either printed or using an e-ticket on your smartphone or tablet.
Does my child need a ticket?
Kids 5 and under do not need a ticket to attend. Children 6 and older are required to have a ticket.
What is the refund policy?
All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
I lost my ticket, what do I do?
Before the event, email info@usquadball.org and we will help you. On-site, go to the ticket booth at the main entrance. We will be able to look up your ticket purchase there.
Can I upgrade my pre-purchased ticket?
Yes, you can upgrade your day pass to a weekend pass or a day/weekend pass to a VIP pass on-site (subject to availability). You can request this when checking in at the event entrance.
Vendors and Merchandise
How do I sign up to vend?
Vendor sign-up is open. Click here to apply.
What vendors will be on-site?
Merch/Informational Vendor in Merch Village - Open 10:30 AM-5 PM Daily
Guest Services will also be located in the Merch Village area near the main entrance of the facility and be open from tournament start to end both days.
Will vendors accept credit cards?
The USQ merchandise booth will accept credit cards. Other vendors may or may not accept credit cards.
How do I pre-order merch?
There is no merch pre-order for this event.
